Privacy Policy

Agent Ready Kit ("we", mudko.com) makes websites readable and callable by AI agents. This policy describes exactly what we collect and why. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Sites you scan. The URL you submit and the public, technical result of scanning it. Scanning reads only publicly available files (robots.txt, .well-known documents, DNS records). We do not log into, crawl private areas of, or alter your site.
• Conversation content. If you chat with our agent, we store the transcript so a human can follow up and to improve the service.
• Contact details you give us. Name, email, phone, company, preferred call time — captured only when you ask for a quote, an invoice, or a follow-up.
• Payment records. If you buy, Stripe processes the payment. We store the invoice ID, the amount, your email and the licence key we issue. We never see or store your card number.
• On-chain payments. If you pay in USDC via x402, the transaction (wallet address, amount, timestamp) is recorded on the public Base blockchain by design. That record is permanent and outside our control.
• Technical telemetry. Which of our tools were called, when, and whether they succeeded. IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash, for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Who processes it

• Supabase — database hosting (leads, customers, telemetry).
• Vercel — application hosting and request logs.
• Stripe — payments and invoicing (their privacy policy governs card data).
• Coinbase Developer Platform — verifies and settles x402 crypto payments. Non-custodial: funds move wallet-to-wallet.
• OpenRouter / model providers — power the sales agent's replies. Conversation text is sent to them to generate responses.
• Cloudflare — DNS and DNS-over-HTTPS lookups performed during scans.

How long we keep it

Scan results and telemetry: 12 months. Conversations and leads: 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Payment and invoice records: 7 years, because tax law requires it. On-chain records: permanent (see above).

Your rights

Email privacy@mudko.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site stores your theme preference and chat history in your own browser (local storage); clearing your browser data removes them.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify active customers by email.
