Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mudko.com ("Agent Ready Kit", "we"). By using the site, the MCP server, the APIs, or buying a package, you agree to them.

What we provide

• Free tools. Site scanning, business classification, tool recommendations, starter files (robots.txt, llms.txt) and endpoint validation — free, no signup, no guarantee of availability.
• Paid delivery. A one-time engagement: we generate a complete agent-callable surface for your domain (agent card, MCP server card, agent skills, WebMCP bridge, discovery documents, DNS records guide) and deliver it as files you deploy on your own site.
• Paid APIs. Per-call endpoints (audits, bulk scans, citation checks, counterparty verification) priced per request.

What we do NOT provide

We do not host your endpoints, operate your servers, or maintain your website. The deliverables are files that live on your domain and keep working with or without us. Optional monitoring is a separate, clearly priced subscription.

Pricing and payment

• Engagements are a value-based one-time fee, minimum $350 USD, quoted per business. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
• Payment is by Stripe invoice (card, Link, bank) or on-chain in USDC via x402. Amounts above the card processor's per-invoice maximum settle on-chain or split across invoices.
• Metered API calls are charged per request at the price shown in the payment challenge.
• Subscriptions (e.g. monitoring) renew monthly until cancelled; cancel any time and service runs to the end of the paid period.

Delivery and verification

Deliverables are issued at payment settlement via a licence key. Our work is independently verifiable: re-scan your site at any time — the readiness level and grade are computed from public signals, not asserted by us. If the deployed surface does not reach the level we promised for reasons within our control, we fix it.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to modify, the domain you ask us to work on.
• You deploy the files (or ask us to help during onboarding). Records we cannot create for you — DNS entries, DNSSEC — are yours to add; we supply exact copy-paste values.
• Do not use the free tools to attack, overload, or scan sites you do not control in a way that breaks the law. We rate-limit and may block abuse.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Summary: we fix or re-deliver first; refunds go to the original payment method or paying wallet after review.

Intellectual property

The files we generate for your domain are yours to use, modify, and keep, in perpetuity. The scanner, the generator and the platform remain ours, licensed under BUSL-1.1. You may not resell the service itself as your own.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will cite, recommend, or transact with your business — assistants are third parties whose behaviour we do not control. We make your site readable and callable; the market decides the rest. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free tier, attempt fraud, or breach these terms. Deliverables already paid for remain yours.
