Refund Policy

Our work is verifiable — you can re-scan your site and see the result for yourself — so most disputes are a deployment problem we can fix in hours, not a refund case. That shapes this policy.

Fix first

If the deliverables do not reach the readiness level we promised for reasons within our control, tell us and we will re-deliver, re-deploy, or correct the files — usually the same day, at no cost. Most "refund requests" are a file in the wrong folder or a missing DNS record.

If you still want a refund

  • Card / invoice payments: refunded to the original payment method, after a specialist reviews the request. We do not refund by any other route.
  • On-chain (x402 / USDC) payments: refunded only to the exact wallet address that paid, as recorded in the settlement receipt. We will not send funds to a different address — for anyone, for any reason.
  • Metered API calls (audits, bulk scans, citation checks, verifications): if a paid call fails to return a result because of a fault on our side, we refund that call. Calls that return a result you disagree with are not refundable — the outputs are reproducible from public data.
  • Monitoring subscription: cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid month. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Agent payments (x402 / USDC)

Crypto settlements are final — there is no chargeback mechanism on-chain. Refunds of x402 payments are therefore discretionary, fix-first, and only ever sent to the original payer address recorded in the settlement receipt. We will not send funds to any other address, for anyone, for any reason.

Bazaar Listing Package

A listing purchased for a wallet address you control is fulfilled when the listing is live. Payments misdirected because the endpoint you deployed pays a different wallet than the one on your listing are not refund-eligible — our system refuses to auto-pay mismatched wallets precisely to protect you, so a mismatch means the endpoint was changed after purchase, not that we misdelivered.

What a refund means

Refunding an engagement deactivates the licence key issued for it. Files already deployed on your domain are yours — we do not, and technically cannot, remove them.

Timing

Approved card refunds are issued within 5 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 days after that, depending on your bank. On-chain refunds are sent within 5 business days and confirm within minutes.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback we will respond with the delivery evidence (invoice, delivery timestamps, download logs, verification scans, on-chain transaction). Please contact us first — we would rather fix the problem than argue with your bank.

How to request

Email billing@mudko.com from the address on the invoice, with the invoice ID or transaction hash. We reply within two business days.
